Welcome to the Protestant University of Applied Sciences Ludwigsburg

The EH Ludwigsburg is a state recognized institution of higher learning with affiliation to the Protestant Church of Württemberg. It fulfils its responsibility to society by providing education for social workers, nursing care professionals, religious education teachers, deacons, inclusion & special needs professionals and early childhood educators.

Continuous discussion with students fosters application-oriented, cooperative and international teaching and research – true to our motto “Live and learn together”. To this end, we welcome people of diverse orientations and beliefs. Studying at the EH means living and learning in a strong region with an international approach to studies in social, diaconal and pedagogical fields as well as in the fields of nursing care and religion.

The EH Ludwigsburg offers students from our partner universities the opportunity to study with us for one semester. The language of instruction in all degree programmes is German. Furthermore we offer a range of courses in English, mainly in our International Social Work programme.
