The degree program deals with management tasks in the nonprofit sector and delves into questions of value-based management. It enables students to master management challenges associated with the establishment of competitive structures in the social sector, with the individualization and pluralization of lifestyles, with ethnic and cultural diversity, with digitalization and with current reforms of social and labor law. There is a particular focus on the ethically educated and personally reflected leadership personality, because the value orientation of leadership is essential for the profile building of a non-profit organization today.
The program can be studied with a focus on "Organizational Management in Social Contexts" or "Systemic Organizational Development / Diversity Management".
