The application with foreign certificate
If you have acquired your university entrance qualification (Abitur) abroad, you can gain admission to a course of study at the EH Ludwigsburg by having your foreign school leaving certificate recognized by the state. Mere translations of the foreign certificate into German are not recognized.
General information on the recognition of foreign educational qualifications in Germany can be found here.

German language skills
For all degree programs at EH Ludwigsburg, applicants who have acquired their university entrance qualification in a non-German-speaking foreign country must submit proof of a language examination taken in Germany at level C1 with their application for admission. Usually, this requirement is fulfilled by a TestDAF certificate with at least 4.0 in all parts or DSH certificate 2 or 3. However, since German language skills are an admission requirement, the relevant certificates cannot be submitted later than the respective application deadline.
