Dear students,
welcome to the EH Ludwigsburg. We would like to inform you about the following:
- Our service counter is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 - 12:00 (closed during semester holidays).
- Access to the student mailboxes is also possible outside these hours.
- Parking passes can also be purchased at the service counter. Please bring proof of payment, your student ID, and your license plate number.
- You can also drop off documents that you would like to submit to us in the house mailbox on the outside of Building A or in our red mailboxes on the inside of Building A (after the entrance on the left).
- For detailed consultations regarding your studies, Ms Rais (Head of Student Services) offers a consultation hour every Wednesday from 2 - 4 p.m. (other appointments can also be arranged if necessary). Pre-registration by mail is required.
Your Student Service
The Student Service is the central point of contact for questions and problems concerning the organization of studies, but also for concerns regarding application and admission. We accompany, advise and support students throughout their studies.
Our service desk ensures that students can always find a contact person during opening hours who will be happy to take up their concerns and help them further. You can reach our service desk by calling 07141 9745-211.
You will find us in University Building A, ground floor (to the right of the entrance), Paulusweg 6, 71638 Ludwigsburg (Karlshöhe).
